The staff were super friendly and our room was fresh and clean. They had a complimentary breakfast with several selections to choose from. We enjoyed it very much.
Very comfortable, nice beds , hot tub & heated indoor pool. Hot tub open late for adults, awesome breakfast. Work out room. Everything you could ask for. A Special shoutout for Kelly the evening staff person is wonderful. Friendly and very efficient. I have been going there for years and she is a treasure. Management and service was absolutely fantastic. My family and I got stranded in Lincoln City for a night, and management at this Holiday Inn made sure that we were taken care of. The hotel was clean and staff was super nice. I highly recommend.
Absolutely enjoyed staying here! Newer rooms, very clean and comfortable beds! Kimberly was amazing at helping us check in with a last minute booking. We really enjoyed the hospitality here and highly recommend this hotel. Cannot go wrong with Holiday Inn! The breakfast was really good too! The hotel offers a free shuttle to the casino down the street. Thumbs up all the way for excellent service and really comfortable, fresh clean spacious rooms.
Was in Lincoln City to watch my dad compete in a pool tournament and made my reservations way in advance. Location is great! Close to beach,stores,and is dog friendly. My only issue was when I called prior to my check in date I was told that not only could I NOT adjust the reservations so I could leave a day early even though it had been booked for months in advance but that I would be charged double the amount! Double the amount to check out early!? I actually felt bad that the nice lady on the phone had to attempt to explain this absolute ridiculousness and try to make it..make any kind of sense. This is a bad policy and just plain bad customer service. It is a huge weekend and would have had no problem booking it. I come every year and this was my first time staying in a hotel. Looks like I'll be getting a house again next year, with this property as a last resort..
Nice room with view of ocean on west side (but not beach). Clean with big screen TV. Great free breakfast with plenty of choices (eggs, fried potatoes, bacon, old fashioned oatmeal with toppings, yogurt, breads, cereal, juice, milk, fresh fruit & pancakes by machine).
We enjoyed our stay here very much. The room was spacious and the service was friendly. Also, if you enjoy a nice walk in the morning, there is beach access just down the hill from the entrance to the hotel parking lot. We would definitely recommend.
This is one of the best holiday inn Express we have stayed at. My husband and I are Diamond Elite members - we stay 70+ nights per year around the globe. We were impressed. We were greeted, and acknowledged by status. Our room was upgraded. It was the cleanest hotel I have ever seen. Jeremy B was the housekeeper for our room, and I have never seen such a shiny bathroom. They have a designated pet area - not many pet friendly hotels offer this. We recieved complimentary water upon arrival, and the Front Office Manager (Kayla I think?) was incredibly accommodating. We would 100% recommend and stay here again. Excellent hotel.
